Removed wrapping of FastJet and renaming Run3 code

Removed wrapping of FastJet external algorithm. IJetMaker interface is not used anymore.

Dependence: Moore MR Moore!885 (merged)

In addition, we moved to new name to remove 'Run3' in the name.
