Dropped (most of) non future Calo reconstruction code

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge sponce_dropNonFutureCalo into master

This code was almost not used anymore. I've adapted few remaining code pieces in Analysis and kept 3 classes only to not have to do more cleanup in the Analysis code :

  • Track2Calo
  • CaloElectron
  • Part2Calo

This merge request goes along with Brunel!977 (merged), Phys!705 (merged) and Analysis!613 (merged). It also need LHCb!2454 (merged)
