Migrate more code to v2 calo clusters

Migrate the Calo reconstruction to use v2 Clusters and Hypotheses.

Other than in the 'converters' to old-style CaloCluster and CaloHypo, there is no mention at all of CaloCluster and CaloHypo in the CaloFutureReco and CaloFuturePIDs packages.

The remaining usage of CaloCluster and CaloHypo is in the code which creates ProtoParticles (in Rec/GlobalReco), the tools which the ProtoParticle code uses to compute several observables (in CaloFuture/CaloFutureTools), and a few remaining monitoring algorithms in CaloFutureMoniDST which use the same underlying tools as the protoparticle creators, so should be migrated at the same time as the ProtoParticle creators.
