adapt to changes in LHCb!2666 (merged), which introduces a dedicated type for CaloDigitStatus::Status

Must be applied in conjunction with LHCb!2666 (merged), Lbcom!488 (merged), Phys!748 (merged) and Alignment!132 (merged)
