relation table maker and options for heavy flavour tracks

For e.g. use in Sprucing or DV tupling with heavy flavour tracks (that are persisted in Particles, this decodes those particle back into composite versus track relation tables (used with functors)).

Also adds option to restrict to unique (per z coordinate) hits in heavy-flavour track finder.
