Remove duplicates saved in TES location of extra particle before data-taking period

To be tested with Moore!2925 (merged).

Attempt for a faster version of !3456 (closed).

Address the issue explained in this thread.

Reduce BW estimation for lines implementing SelectionFromWeightedRelationTable.

Going through the MR !3456 (closed), most of the issues seem to be addressed.

Renaming the algorithms could be applied in a separate MR since it should propagate through DaVinci and Moore projects.

TODO:

• Add extra-check (PID) to distinguish containers of particles sharing tracks (see this comment)
