Add HASOWNPV functor and make FILTER work with combination as input

  • add HASOWNPV functor
  • make FILTER work for a 'combination' (Gerhard Raven)
  • add ParticleAdder instantiations that assign the vertex of one of the daughters to the mother. this is useful for the selection of some radiative decays.
