Add HASOWNPV functor and make FILTER work with combination as input
- add HASOWNPV functor
- make FILTER work for a 'combination' (Gerhard Raven)
- add ParticleAdder instantiations that assign the vertex of one of the daughters to the mother. this is useful for the selection of some radiative decays.
