added option to refer to the CaloChargedPIDs of the ancestor

Related to the addition of calo PID for TTracks Moore#588.

Add the option in CaloChargedPIDsAlg to refer to the Calo PID of the ancestor. Useful for fitted TTracks (SeedDeclonedFitted) to refer to the Calo PID reconstructed for unfitted TTtracks (SeedDecloned).

This MR requires LHCb!4901 (merged) and Moore!4262 (merged)
