Patch to reconstruction with TOF for light nuclei

Patch to the PatForward algorithm with time-of-flight correction to OT hits ([MR 3743] (!3743 (merged))). Some corrections were required:

  • Beta value defined in findTracksCandidates was always set to 1 --> Now it is set to the correct value defined by the step
  • The error on the OT hits position was recalculated only for the steps with beta!=1 --> Now it is always recalculated if the option for the loop over beta is active. RecBeta_dati

The default runs with standard PatForward (test on 2016magup passed).

The patch has been developed and tested using Rec run2-patches, LHCb run2-patches, Brunel v55r4

Goes with Brunel!1224 (merged)
