Ghost probability updates for 2025

Changes

UT related

  • Adds possibility to configure min number of UT hits to be added to Long tracks
  • Min number of UT hits from 3 to 2 for Long (e.g. no UT hits then has better rejection power)

Features for 'v2' ghost prob models

  • Move to features more robust against missing hits (chi2/ndof vs chi2 and ndof)
  • Add 'InUT' acceptance approximation
  • Add UT chi2/ndof explicitly (definitely needed now all chi2s and ndofs are not there anymore)
