Draft: FTMon archiving (2024-patches)

This MR updates the SciFi cluster monitoring algorithms (used in FTMon) to the version used in the final days of 2024 data taking. It targets 2024-patches retro-actively, as this is where anyone looking for code used in 2024 would check first.

The also is a corresponding MR targeting master (!4263) with additional changes and improvements only added after the end of data taking.

These changes in this MR include:

• FTLiteClusterMonitor:
  • new plots monitoring:
    • the cluster pseudo size
    • cluster stability over time
    • sipm saturation
    • per event histograms
  • added option to enable/disable all groups of plots per collision type (BeamBeam, EmptyEmpty, ...)
• FTLiteClusterTAEMonitor:
  • exploit full potential of superTAE
