Wip multiplex cams
We want to access multiple cameras steam rotation on one websocket.

Add a multiplex api configuration with cameras and durations -
Add a new url for accessing the exposed mutliplex -
Rotate through registered cameras with the right duration -
Add documentation -
Add tests -
Add swagger path when !9 (merged) is merged -
(Add specific multiplexing config via url?)
