Reecently a change to the track selection tool used in the muon triggers (in atlas/athena!29539) was introduced that drastically reduced the efficiency for finding combined muons. Switching back to the default muon specific track selector tool which has more appropriate cuts on ID tracks needed for muon reconstruction.

Adding a couple of missing thresholds to the muon trigger hypothesis configuration, and adding some intermediate pT triggers to the menu to compare to Run 2 triggers.

Fixing a typo that was leading to creating the wrong RoIs for use in the isolation for the muon trigger (and also for part of the full scan and late muon triggers).
Also updating the muon only reference file since it's gotten rather out of date.

updating precisionTrackSequenceSetup.py to be in sync with recent changes in ElectronDef.py and ElectronSequenceSetup.py

Adding a single muon full scan trigger to the menu so that we can test the full scan trigger reconstruction, also fixing the full scan sequence which was incorrect.

Fix bug in RNN chain and with legacy code tests, get rid of some gaudi props in the mean time and harmonize a bit their naming, other cleanings applied

* use the same HypoAlg for all chains that use the same sequence
* define legs and build one HypoTool per leg for that HypoAlg
* let the Filter pass the leg IDs
