TrkExSolenoidalIntersector: Preparing to make interfaces const. · 9656e128

The tool was caching event information in member variables.
Rework to remove some of this information and assocciate the rest
with the TrackSurfaceIntersection object.
Results are identical, as per RunTier0Tests.

Also changed CRLF line endings to LF.
