Add a new class, AnalysisConfigMT_Ntuple which includes the new release 22
TrigDecisionTool Feature access

In addition add code to allow the access to xAOD::TruthParticles from AOD
This should allow the full TIDA offline analysis chain to be run on AOD files
produced using the new MT trigger navigation

There were inconsistencies in the way the ID Trigger sequences were configured.
These changes partly address thie to tidy the configuration code somewhat.
As part of this is a fix to the naming convention in the beamspot chains, together
with the implementation of a test beamspot chain in the LS2 menu. This includes a
renaming of the beamspot chain in the pp_run3 menu, to conform to the established
naming conventin from Run 2, that has been agreed with Menu coordination.

Enable LumiBlockMuWriter in testLVL1CTPAthenaTrigRDO.py.

As pointed out in ATR-21445, the unisolated single muon triggers are used to select events to monitor isolated muons, so adding them to the Run 3 trigger menu.

update TrigMultiTrkHypo alg due to change of the Magnetic Field Svc usage in TrkVKalVrtFitter (ATR-21340, ATR-21379)
