[#22][HOTFIX] Add config for reconnect loop on oauth flow

Closes #22 (closed) Added loop on FETCH for max 10 minutes in XOAUTH2 scheme. -> Attempt to fix authentication errors caused by rate limiting, eg User is authenticated but not connected.
