Adding the hfs toolchain for testing.
Use ${MAKE} instead log just make to ensure that the -jN is transmitted correctly
Added dependency gettext to glib (needed to change the order)
New recipes for packages (ponder, icu4c, jasonnet, tiff, range_v3)
make ROOT optionally depending of oracle and mysql
