Plotting improvements

This MR addresses #122 (closed), #159 (closed), #169 (closed) and #175 while also making some plot functions more robust and fixing some minor undocumented plotting bugs. All ToT calibration plots have been cleaned and adjusted to the common style base. Some oth their create functions have ben renamed.

If the z_max for an occupancy map is too large (larger than 2*median), 110% of the median will be used as new z_max and overflow pixels will be shown in red: image
