	dump more debug information
	allow for the possibility that requested siubgraphs are not present.
	      The origin of the request for subgraphs is that not all L1Topo
	      algorithms requested by the menu have been implemented. Requested
	      subgraphs allow only part of the menu to be run. The Algorithms
	      present in the run 4 menu are not those of the run 3 menu with
	      which the code was developed. Code the possibility that subgraphs
	      which exist in the Run 3 menu may not exist in the Run 4 menu.

	change the default input file for standalone testing for Run 4

	fix ambiguity present in the DirectedCycle class where an attribute
	    had the same name as a member function
