fixing HLT matching in Tau legacy monitoring

After this MR : !37019 (merged) (merged in 8th Oct)

Legacy Tau monitoring tool needs also to be updated with the new regex matching in order to make HLT matching working, similar to what has been done for electrons here:

This MR is going to fix the issue of missing HLT efficiency plots which has been observed firstly in the reprocessing: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-22195 ( 15th Oct)

Hello @hrussell, no this MR is fixing a different issue we had with trigger matching at HLT level. For that problem I'm still investigating ...
