Clean-up ISF_Validation and ISF_ValidationMT ART syntax (changes test output)

Merged John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:UpdateISFART_changeoutput_master into master

Preparatory changes for !52397 (merged).

Some output changes expected as these changes switch on Frozen Showers by default in the updated jobs.
