ComponentAccumulator configuration fixes for Radiation Simulation studies

(This merge request depends on !60816 (merged) - only the last commit is new) After these changes (and those in !60760 (merged)) specifying flags.Detector.GeometryCavern and flags.Sim.CavernBackround==CavernBackround.Off should mean that we get:

  • full cavern geometry built
  • Geant4 simulation in all volumes including cavern
  • no NeutronFastSim
  • larger range cuts in the SX1, BEDROCK and CAV_SHAFTS_CONC regions
