Prepare global tags for Sim10 for all data types - Part 2
Global tags for Sim10 for all data types need to be produced for final validation by the tracking and verification of calorimeters calibration.
This issue supersede

andSim10/YEAR-mu
branches[^1]). They were relative to the first VELO radiation damage evaluation for 2012-2018 (LHCBGAUSS-1458, part 1) and ECAL/HCAL gains for 2010-2018 (LHCBGAUSS-1456)
and it includes

issue #1 (closed), the porting of the VELO motor position for 2017 in the corresponding Sim10
branches, already done.
It should also include

issue #3 (closed), porting of the VELO motor position for 2018 that are in the branches created in this issue for Sim09
and for which MR !56 (closed) was prepared -
the VELO radiation damage (MR !77 (merged)) and error parametrisation (!81 (merged)) for 2012 and 2012-mu -
the VELO radiation damage (MR !78 (merged)) and error parametrisation (!101 (merged)) for 2015 and 2015-mu -
the VELO radiation damage (MR !79 (merged)) and error parametrisation (!76 (merged) and !103 (merged)) for 2016 and 2016-mu -
the VELO radiation damage (MR !80 (merged)) and error parametrisation (!84 (merged)) for 2017, 2017-mu, 2018 and 2018-mu
These global tags should have as metadata information 'SimType' in addition to 'DataType' (see issue #5 (closed))
