Reformulates the link<->SiPM correspondency in the FT. Not backwards-compatible, but adds a versioning for the ReadoutTool to send proper ERROR in case of mismatch.

⚠ ⚠ ⚠ do not delete the branch as it is used in Boole tests. @rmatev will do this once the tag used in Boole is updated.
