Various fixes and improvements

  • Respond with 404 in logs if upstream data is missing (closes #66 (closed))
  • Correctly hide disabled projects from artifacts summary
  • Add links to EOS directory in legacy artifacts view
  • Add /robots.txt to prevent crawling (closes #79 (closed))
  • Correctly take into account timezone in fuzzy dates (closes #72 (closed))
  • Do not cache the slot configurations from LHCbNightlyConf without a commit id (closes #45 (closed))
