Update physics and smog routing bits for pp monitoring

I made a positively defined list of HLT1 lines that should feed into the monitoring tasks. They define RB 14 and 15 similarly to what we had in PbPb. The choice is driven by including the broad physics program, but excluding individual decay lines, heavily prescaled lines and of course technical lines. By making this positively defined, adding a line and thus potentially changing distributions is always a conscious choice.

This should close #461 (closed) and #458 (closed) For all tests to work, needs to be tested together with MooreOnline!347 (merged)
