Adapt to updated UT channel ID class and geometry

(1) Configuration.py modified: no UTCluster instead of UTTightDigit

(2) BackMCTrackInfo: UTCluster -> UTTightDigit

(3) UTMCDepositCreator/UTDigitCreator: strip ID starts from 0 when new DDDB applied.

Run with DDDB!79, SIMCOND!143, LHCb!2995, Lbcom!550, Detector!181, PRConfig!230
