Update database tags in example options
The SIMCOND tags for Sim10 for Run1 and Run2 examples are updated to use the latest releases. See details at lhcb-conddb/SIMCOND#8 (closed)
The DDDB and SIMCOND tags for Upgrade, i.e. 2021-2022, are also update to use the latest. Note that these are still going to change as not all MR have been deployed yet. See details at lhcb-conddb/DDDB#6 (closed) and lhcb-conddb/SIMCOND#7 (closed).
