Draft: Fix Run3 FSR test options for dd4hep

This fixes new test option files from !3796 (merged) to be compatible with !3946 (merged).

It is based on !3796 (merged) and the extra commit should be added to !3796 (merged) if !3946 (merged) is merged first, or vice versa.
