Removed wrapping of FastJet and Run 2 Jet code

Murilo Santana Rangel requested to merge remove_ijetmaker into master

Removed wrapping of FastJet external algorithm. IJetMaker interface is not used anymore.

It depends on Phys MR Phys!954 (merged)

In addition, we moved to new name to remove 'Run3' in the name and part of the Run 2 code is removed.

This is related to Phys#6 (closed)
