Use standard locations when packing MC objects

Related to Analysis!119 (merged), where @ibelyaev and I found out that the MC particles and vertices were being packed to non-standard locations, this MR puts the packed objects in the default places. Backwards compatibility for reading files made before this MR is implemented in Analysis!119 (merged). I can't find any other relevant instances of pMC in the code, so I think that and this MR should cover it.

Shouldn't this go also to 2017-patches?

Yes it should. What's the best way of doing that? A separate MR perhaps, or merge to master then cherry to 2017-patches or vice-versa?

Seeing as you have only one commit it should not be too hard to rebase this MR to be against 2017-patches. Generally the policy is to merge there, and then to keep master up to date with 2017-patches by periodically merging 2017-patches into it.

OK thanks. Seeing as it's easy either way, I'll just target 2017-patches to conform with the guidelines.
