Introduce dedicated type for CaloDigitStatus::Status (follow LHCb!2666)

Adapt to LHCb!2666 (merged) which introduces a dedicated type for LHCb::CaloDigitStatus::Status (instead of plain unsigned int)

must be applied in conjunction with LHCb!2666 (merged), which in turn must be applied in conjunction with Lbcom!488 (merged) and Rec!2144 (merged)
