In C++11, implicit declarations of copy and assignment are deprecated if the
class has a user defined destructor or copy or assignment.  gcc9 now warns
about this by default.
Adjust to avoid the warning.

Several commented-out includes of the old EventInfo have been removed,
such that they won't show up in the search results

POOL/APR internal container will need to be indexed as well to make in-memory merge work.
This can now be done by switching the ROOT_ALL default technology from RootTree to RootTreeIndex (not part of this MR).
