Remove reference to obsolete header StoreGate.h.

Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and cleanup library dependencies.

Remove `atlas_depends_on_subdirs` and cleanup link dependencies.

This code is used within the Higgs group for the truth-level
classification of events. It needed some minor updates for Rivet and
HepMC version migrations.

 - Prefer preincrement to postincrement for iterators.

AddFlowByShifting is changing the hijing parameters in the event store.
The members being changed were originally declarated mutable, but we
want to change that.
Make the const violation here explicit with a const_cast.

Cleanup of the GeneratorObjectsTPCnv: removed wrong comments and moved copypasted code into a separate include
