SCEmulation algorithm fix for problems in etBin list bound detection, resulting in ATR-30648

Use `resize` to pre-allocated vector. More readable and also fixes
cppcheck false positive.

Remove unnecessary nullptr check as the same pointer is already being
access without checking earlier.

Fix cppcheck defects and use `std::unique_ptr`.

Add some analysis chanins

Some of the analysis chains for the Bjets had unaccountably been removed for some reason,
so this adds them back. In addition, it appears as if none of the FS tracking analyses are working
since the datasets were updated.  This is an attempt to fix that, but is not yet working correctly
for some reason.
