Complete module support

Fixes some major and minor bugs introduced by !235 (merged) and adds module-related features still missing in !235 (merged) in order to achieve full module support including parallel readout for trigger scans with multi-chip modules.

See also #296 (closed).

Adds the following features:

• Add more (two in total) HitOr ports on the BDAQ board to allow self-triggered source scans of for instance a dual module
• Change the periphery class to include LV/HV power supplies for multiple modules
• Nicer log messages

Bug fixes:

• Dump readout status of correct receiver when dumping chip status
• Fix generally broken scans:
  • Meta scans in 'measurements/'
  • EUDAQ scan
