Enh module plotting

Lars Philip Schall requested to merge enh_module_plotting into development

More realistic plotting for quad modules (plot is now sensor size with masked space between FE chips of opposite sides of quad module). This will close #355 (closed) and #458 (closed) as well. Correct masking of all SYNC FEs for TDAC module plotting (fix #468 (closed)).
