Release of Gauss v55r0 for Sim10

This release will have the same functionality of Gauss v54r5 for the most event types and pick up pending technical changes that will ease maintenance and ease the transition to Gauss-on-Gaussino

It is based on a new version of Gaudi v35r2 and LHCb v52r0 and introduce the use of a new Run2Support project, v1r0, for Run1 & 2 simulation.

Is also uses a new Geant4 v106r2p3 with minor cmake technical fixes.

It includes:

• !677 (merged) (port of !501 (closed) for Sim09) and !712 (merged) to introduce new functionality for Bc production
• !689 (merged) with new features for decays
• !713 (merged) to introduce new LCG layer for change in generators versions (CRMC/EPOS LHCBGAUSS-2179)
• !724 (merged) to adapt configuration to change in CRMC 1.8.0
• !702 (merged) and !704 (merged) to provide support for Run1 & 2 for code considered obsolete for Run3 and moved from LHCb either to Gauss or new Run2Support project
• !691 (merged), !692 (merged), !678 (merged) and !607 (merged) for adapting code to python3 and followup of changes in environment and Gaudi
• !690 (merged) and !698 (merged) to provide consolidation and clean up of tests
• !703 (merged) bug fix for configuration for muon low energy background
• !705 (merged), !722 (merged) and !724 (merged) to update tests references
