tauRec: add two ART tests

Two ART tests are added in this MR. One is q431, and the other is the
standalone tau reconstruction (ESD->AOD).
For each test, we will check the difference of root file and histograms
between the nightly build and reference.

This was just a best guess to what should be done here, hopefully I was not
too much off the mark. ;-)

In accordance with the GeoModelCore updates, on Joe Boudreau's advice.

1) Increase number of events in "jet" test to prevent zero counts error
2) remove minbias slice test as no events processed
