MuonReadoutGeometry: Fix warning in archflagtest nightly.

In the archflagtest nightly, we get a (apparently bogus) warning
about an out-of-bounds access when applying head(2) to a Vector3D.
However, since the 2 is constant, we can use head<2>() instead;
that in passing gets rid of the warning.

SiSpacePointsSeedTool_xk: Fix cppcheck warning.

We were getting a cppcheck warning about an out-of-range argument in computeEta.
This was a false positive, with cppcheck not fully understanding the flow
in this function.  However, this can anyway be rewritten taking advantage
of an identity for asinh() to reduce the number of special function
evaluations needed.

and can be replaced by the variadic `extends`.
