This si strange, if we patched it before because of differenece, and not we run again
asking if we want to reverse the patch what does that mean ? That the same reference is used
by two different jobs, each of which gives different output ?

The idea is to return a component accumulator for each jet collection, so that
we can merge all of them together. There are still some points that need to be
cleaned up a bit, e.g. the calib service is just scheduled once, not in the
accumulator. Also it crashes right now...

- Add a new method in the PhysValUtils that can read the json file.
- Add a member to the PhysvalBTag class holding the information.
- Missing:
. registering the json file as data
. propagating the information to the initializeHistograms function of the BTaggingValidationPlots class

For CurvilinearParameters the type of the Surface is always Plane, and  is never passed to them. So we can have internally just a value and avoid allocations

Handle sTgcClusterOnTrack and MMClusterOnTrack.

Don't use std::move with a non-lvalue.

Make sure members of CalibratedStrip are initialized.
